Relationship Therapy
We honor the importance and complexity of relationships in shaping our well-being. At Great Oaks Therapy Center, we are committed to creating a space where couples and partners of all kinds can strengthen connection, heal patterns of hurt, and build deeper understanding. Our therapists recognize that relationships require intentional care, communication, and support, and we work collaboratively with clients to nurture growth, trust, and resilience in their relationships.

The therapists listed below have pursued additional training and/or supervision to deepen their ability to support clients in relationship therapy. Please note: If a therapist is not listed, it does not necessarily mean they do not work with relationships; it simply reflects that this is not an area in which they have pursued specialized training or supervision at this time.
Michelle
Michelle integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) into her work with couples by helping each partner connect with their own internal parts and understand how these parts interact within the relationship. Through this approach, couples learn to recognize protective patterns, communicate from a place of deeper self-awareness, and build a more compassionate, connected partnership.
Jacob
With direct experience working in both brief and long-term therapy formats, Jacob brings flexibility and depth to supporting couples and family systems. Guided by existential exploration and positive psychology frameworks, he helps groups navigate relationship dynamics, clarify shared direction, and build meaningful connections that align with their values.
Jerome
Jerome brings a genuine, co‑laborer spirit to couples therapy, guiding partners through challenges like infidelity, identity struggles, and communication rifts toward deeper connection and healing. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Family Systems, IFS, and narrative work, he supports couples in rewriting their story together with empathy and resilience.
Kelly
Kelly supports couples in building stronger, more connected relationships by fostering honest communication, emotional safety, and mutual understanding. She works with partners navigating neurodivergence, identity shifts, conflict, and past wounds—helping them grow both individually and together.
Brandon
Brandon brings a warm, genuine presence to couples therapy, helping partners deepen connection while navigating identity, emotional shifts, and relational challenges. Drawing from a strengths-based, collaborative approach—with tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), experiential methods, and CBT—he creates a space where couples can explore their values, vulnerabilities, and shared growth with authenticity and compassion.
