I am a compassionate and client-centered mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of the postpartum experience. I strive to create a healing space where you feel seen, heard, and understood.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, processing past or recent trauma, or adjusting to the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy and postpartum life, I am here to help you move toward greater balance and resilience.

I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care (EMDR), and mindfulness techniques. Using these techniques, I help you build effective coping skills, navigate difficult experiences, and reconnect with your sense of self. I am especially passionate about supporting parents during the postpartum period, recognizing both the joy and the challenges that can accompany this transition.
