"Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone."

Fred Rogers

Connection and disconnection are at the heart of our human experience. Connection with our true selves—and disconnection from ourselves and others—creates pain, longing, and confusion. But that pain can also remind us that

something else is possible.

As a therapist, I hold real hope that by ending the “alone,” new meaning and new experiences can emerge even in the midst of pain. I bring a steady, grounded presence to my work, creating space for whatever needs to be said, felt, or explored—and I believe clients know best what they need.

I love working with families, couples, and anyone seeking to strengthen the interpersonal connections that help us feel more fully known and loved.

At home, I have a wife, three daughters (ages 3–8), and three cats (also all girls!). Gardening, video gaming, and reading are what I turn to when I’m at rest.
