Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression can show up in many forms—racing thoughts, fatigue, self-doubt, irritability, overwhelm, or a lingering sense of heaviness. At Great Oaks Therapy Center, we provide a compassionate space to explore these experiences and the stories behind them. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to build emotional resilience, develop meaningful coping strategies, and foster a deeper sense of connection, confidence, and self-trust.

The therapists listed below have pursued additional training or supervision in supporting clients with anxiety and/or depression. If a therapist is not listed, it simply means this is not an area in which they’ve sought specialized training at this time—but they may still work with these concerns.
