Now more than ever, our world is incredibly fast-paced and it so often feels like we are just trying to keep our heads above water. And yet, your life is significant and precious. I want to invite you into a space where you have permission to slow down. A space to feel, to think, to breathe, to just be. I hope it will give you space to grow and space to let go. As therapist Lori Gottlieb put it: “part of getting to know yourself is to unknow yourself - to let go of the limiting stories you've told yourself about who you are… so you can live your life and not the story you've been telling yourself about your life.”
I take a collaborative, relational approach to therapy. The relationship I build with my clients is a priority in the therapy space. I care deeply for my clients and aim to create a space where they feel safe to show up as their truest selves. I believe you have the ability and potential within yourself to face whatever you are going through. You are not deficient for needing support. My role is to walk alongside you as you learn and unlearn who you are, and to reflect the potential and hope that is already within you but may be too difficult for you to see on your own right now.
