Group Therapy

We believe that healing happens not only within ourselves but also through connection with others. Group therapy offers a supportive space to share experiences, build community, and practice new ways of relating in a safe and guided environment. Whether focused on a specific theme or a shared life experience, our groups are designed to foster connection, resilience, and personal growth alongside others who understand the journey.

The therapists listed below have pursued additional training and/or supervision to deepen their ability to facilitate group therapy effectively and safely. Please note: If a therapist is not listed, it does not necessarily mean they do not lead groups; it simply reflects that this is not an area in which they have pursued specialized training or supervision at this time.
