As we have all quickly learned, to partake in the full human experience means to experience suffering. Whether it be grief, excessive guilt, or a painful past, we all have pain that is worthy of being listened to. I believe our struggles are only exacerbated when we resist and don't listen to what needs to be expressed.
I like to imagine therapy as going on a walk. Along the walk we'll find some parts of ourselves who may be hurting, some parts who may be protective, and other parts who might just hold the keys to our healing. I would like to invite you to join me as we walk together and gain a deeper sense of Self.
And the further we walk together, I am confident we will find a pathway to relief, healing and wholeness.
