MeetSarah
You Matter.
Whether you’re facing change, loss, stress, or feeling lost - you’re not alone. Let’s explore how to create the life you want and deserve!
I’m Sarah and I’ll support you with compassion as you grow and find your north star. I’ll strive to get to know the real you. I’ll also affirm intersectionalities and consider how community, resources, and systems can impact wellness and healing.
We’ll work well together if you…
-
Are curious about yourself and the world and want to learn more about who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to move through life
-
Want to explore the possible impact of experiences or current events on your day-to-day, and cultivate agency around what’s next in your journey
-
Want to grow within your connections (e.g., chosen family, family of origin, colleagues, communities), and look at roles, relationship dynamics, healthy boundaries, patterns, or communication
-
Have experienced loss, life transition, or change (e.g., diagnosis, school or career shift, immigration/migration/relocation, marriage/divorce, pregnancy/miscarriage/empty nest, friendship change, death of person or pet, etc.) and want to learn what helps you make sense of your experiences, honor the past, and write your next chapter
-
You enjoy exploring thoughts, feelings, experiences, and relationships with attention to context, culture, artistic/creative outlets and links with the natural and spiritual world
A little more about me - I’m currently a MSW student at Columbia University, training to provide care tailored to your goals and needs. I use humanistic practices, mindfulness, arts/creative approaches, and cognitive techniques in therapy, among others. I have years of grief support experience. I’m also an organizational and developmental psychologist with experience in higher education, nonprofits, and industry. In my spare time, I love nature, the arts, food, and being with loved ones.
Together, let’s navigate experiences and changes in yourself, health, career development, family and relationships, spiritual growth, and what it means to be the best version of you.
