Meet Luke
Hi, I'm Luke. Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, but my hope is to make this space a soft and comfortable landing. I'm a clinician-in-training offering individual, marriage, couple, and family therapy.
A main goal in our work together is to get to know the realest version of you. Often, that can mean making room for the parts of yourself that feel vulnerable, messy, or even unfamiliar. By working together, I aim to create a safe, open environment where you can genuinely learn to
love yourself.
I believe our earliest relationships shape so much of who we are, and exploring those blueprints can completely change how we relate to others today. Whether you are seeking therapy on your own or looking to navigate the dynamics of your partnership, my space is affirming and judgment-free. I happily welcome clients across all identities and support diverse, non-traditional relationship setups. Whatever authentic connection looks like for you, we can explore it here.
I also recognize that healing and self-understanding don't always happen through simply sitting and talking. Sometimes the things that can help us feel most connected to ourselves are creativity, music, movement, or time spent in nature, I'm a huge music lover, listening to everything from rock and EDM to folk, classical, and outlaw country, and I believe music can express what we're feeling when words fall short. When I have free time, I look for ways to get outdoors and reconnect with nature.
I would be honored to walk alongside you while supporting your most authentic self.
Session fee: $50
