Meet Lily
If you’re ready to do the work, I’m here to do it with you. Growth is beautiful and challenging, and
you don’t have to navigate it alone.
I’m Lily - a deeply curious person who finds fulfillment in exploring my client’s identities (as individuals, couples, and people in the world). I welcome my clients to bring all of themselves into the therapeutic process - the strengths, the struggles, and everything in between. I believe in embracing each person’s complexities and finding clarity through self-exploration and discovery. I value authenticity, direct communication, and humor. I’m pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Social Work because our relationships to our communities and to society are an integral part of who we are, and that approach is core to my work.
I gravitate towards work with couples and individuals who are navigating growth challenges, identity exploration, and communication barriers. If you and your partner have the desire to communicate openly and connect with each other, I would love to help you find the right tools. I believe that navigating conflict with intention allows for growth, honesty, and new understanding (with each other and yourself).
In my personal life, I’m artsy and silly and seek out deep connections. I yap with my friends for hours, take on too many creative endeavors, and go on long walks with my perfect dog Zucchini. I have a background in suicide prevention, sexual health education, and LGBTQ+ advocacy. I have worked in the queer community - my community! - for many years.
Lily is pursuing their Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work at Columbia University. They are supervised by clinicians at both Columbia University and Great Oaks Therapy.
