Meet Kiara

Hi, I’m Kiara! I’ve always loved stories. I enjoy finding them in books, art, anime, and, most importantly, in the people I meet. I like learning what makes someone who they are, what experiences have shaped them, and how they see the world. I think that curiosity naturally follows me into the counseling room.

As a counselor, I want to create a space where people feel comfortable being open and showing up as themselves. I value vulnerability and authenticity, and I believe there is a lot that can come from having someone simply sit with you in the moment. I want to meet clients where they are, follow their lead, and help them reflect on their experiences without feeling like they must have all the answers to deserve support. I hope to approach counseling with openness, compassion and I’m excited to continue learning alongside my clients and discovering what meaningful growth can look like for each individual.

Outside of counseling, I’m usually doing something creative, reading, watching anime, or finding a way to stay active. I love creating art and getting lost in a good book or show, especially when it lets me step into a different world for a while. I’m also naturally curious and tend to get excited about the things I enjoy, so I’m always happy to discover something new or find a new interest to dive into.
