About the Event
Internal Family Systems: Practice + Integration Lab
Facilitated by Michelle Worley, LMFT, Level 3 Trained IFS Clinician9 CEUs | 3-Month Closed Cohort | Meets Twice Monthly via Zoom
Therapists often understand the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model conceptually—but translating that understanding into confident, embodied practice can be challenging. This experiential training series is designed to bridge that gap.
The Practice + Integration Lab offers a dual-format learning experience that nurtures both the doing and understandingof IFS.
Practice Lab (First Meeting of the Month): Focused on experiential learning, these sessions invite participants to practice the model—experimenting with techniques, exploring language, and deepening embodiment of the work.
Integration Lab (Second Meeting of the Month): These sessions emphasize reflection and synthesis—connecting theory to practice through discussion, case exploration, and collective meaning-making.
