About the Event
The Body Positive group is for women between 18 and 25 years old who hold a negative view on their body image. Through this group we will explore hurts and beliefs around body image to heal and increase self-acceptance. This group is 4 weeks long starting the week of August 08, 2022. The group will be offered virtually via Zoom on Thusrdays from 3:30-5:00 beginning Thusrday, August 11.
There is also an in person option on Mondays from 9:00-10:30 beginning August 8 at Great Oaks Therapy Center. There is limited availability. To register or for additional information, please email sharamcglothan@gmail.com.
