About the Event
The Body Positive group is for women between 18 and 25 years old who hold a negative view on their body image. Through this group we will explore hurts and beliefs around body image to heal and increase self-acceptance. This group is 4 weeks long starting the week of August 08, 2022. The group will be offered in-person on Mondays 9:00 am to 10:30 am at 1511 Westport Rd KCMO (there is also a virtual option via Zoom on Thursdays at 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm beginning August 11).
