It may be a journey you have found yourself on, but you can’t get to where you want to go if you never start.

Maybe you are going through a big transition. There’s a chance you have recently lost someone you love. Possibly you are in early adulthood and don’t know where to go. Perhaps you have just come out and need help adjusting to who you are authentically. It could be that you have retired recently and are working on finding yourself purpose in this new stage of life. Or maybe you are entering into a new serious point in your relationship, and you and your partner(s) need some help considering what to do in extreme situations or just to get in sync with what you need as individuals and as a couple +. Any which way, I would love to help you figure these things out together.

I work on a CBT, DBT, and psycho-analysis framework. I believe that it takes courage to be authentically you sometimes and I know it helps to have someone work with you to find out what that means. I know because I have lived it myself and worked with people who have been through it before.

When I am not being a therapist, you can find me advocating for human rights, diabetes research and understanding, being a mom, being a friend, finding the closest dog to pet, listening to live music, or exploring new things and cultures.

I’d love to chat more and see if we are a good fit. I think the root of anything starts with a foundation of human relationships and the therapeutic relationship is no different.
