Perfectionism
We honor the deep intentions behind perfectionism — the desire for safety, success, connection, and worthiness — while also recognizing the heavy burden it can create. At Great Oaks Therapy Center, we are committed to creating a space where individuals can explore the roots of perfectionism with compassion, curiosity, and care. Our therapists work collaboratively with clients to release rigid self-demands, build resilience, and cultivate a life rooted in self-acceptance, authenticity, and growth.

The therapists listed below have pursued additional training and/or supervision to deepen their ability to support clients working through perfectionism. Please note: If a therapist is not listed, it does not necessarily mean they do not work with perfectionism; it simply reflects that this is not an area in which they have pursued specialized training or supervision at this time.
