My goal when working with a client is to make them feel that they have someone in their corner, even during the toughest times. Coming from a cultural background where seeking help or expressing emotions is frowned upon, I want to provide a space for people to feel welcomed and open to talking through problems when they need it. Whether it is individual or a couple stepping into the office, we will work on identifying various patterns and emotions to help you find what you need. If I could explain what therapy is like, I would say it is like a walk in the park with a trusted friend.

$100 Individuals, $115 Couples
