As a Therapist, I am honored to be in the presence and have the opportunity to walk alongside a client in their journey. There are many things in life that are difficult. My goal is to provide a place where a client can unapologetically be themselves and collaboratively work towards goals in session that will translate to other experiences

 

In sessions we will focus on identifying patterns, highlighting emotion, and honing in on strengths that may not be as easily seen. New things and change are hard but we will never know unless we take that leap.
